Saumya Volvoikar’s tournament lasted 27 minutes on court, but its two matches took her from a clean opening win to a second-round exit later the same afternoon in Navelim.

Seeded third in the U11 Girls’ Singles, Volvoikar defeated Riyana Santarita Vas 15–10, 15–7 in the first round. She won 30 points to 17, including 21 of 29 rallies on her serve, and finished the match in 16 minutes. The result was built early: she won eight of the first 10 tracked game-opening rallies and took 15 of the 25 first-game points in the data.

Her next match began at 5:11 pm, 55 minutes after the first was recorded complete. Against Anvitha Poojari, Volvoikar lost 15–3, 15–1 in 11 minutes, ending her singles campaign in round two. She won only four points overall, with two from five on serve and two from 29 on receive.
